Being Christian is not a Sunday Hobby, it is a way of life. Vocation [Call] is at the heart of a reformed understanding of God. God calls us to be “Holy,” Jesus calls “Follow Me.” Frederick Buechner says call is where one’s joy and the world’s needs intersect. We are always in mission, [ministry]: in school, at work and in our families. Some are called to be members of the school board, others to work with Imagine Chase County. Some serve through the Chamber and others in youth programs. Whether we are called to be teachers, bankers or ranchers, we seek to serve God’s people and witness to Holy Love.
